(Materials)

Whatever is over your head.

Six systems, one crew certified on all of them — so the material decision stays yours instead of being made by whatever your contractor happens to install.

01/
Asphalt Shingle

Twenty to thirty years, the right answer for most homes and the fastest system to install.

02/
Standing-Seam Metal

Fifty years plus, no exposed fasteners, and the only system we recommend on low-pitch residential.

03/
Natural & Synthetic Slate

Natural and synthetic slate offer exceptional durability, distinctive character, and a long service life, making them a premium roofing choice.

04/
Clay & Concrete Tile

Heavy, beautiful and unforgiving of bad battens. We check the structure before we quote the tile.

05/
Flat & Low-Slope Membrane

Single-ply systems with tapered insulation, because a flat roof that ponds is a flat roof that fails.

What homeowners say afterwards

“Tear-off started at seven and the new roof was on by Thursday. I found exactly one nail in the driveway afterwards, which tells you how carefully they work.”

“The inspector told me my roof had six good years left and did not try to sell me a replacement. When it is time, I am not calling anyone else.”

“The quote they wrote in March is the number I paid in April. After three other estimates that kept moving, that was the deciding factor.”

“They found rot three other companies missed, showed me photographs of it, and did not change the price when they fixed it. That is the whole review.”

“Our claim had been denied. Their estimator met the adjuster on the roof and it was approved at full replacement two weeks later.”

“Forty occupied units and a flat roof, and not one tenant complaint the entire week. They scheduled around people instead of around themselves.”

“They tarped the roof the same evening I called, then handled the insurer while I sorted out everything else. That week was already hard enough.”

“Denied as cosmetic, reopened with their photographs, approved two weeks later. They knew exactly what the adjuster needed to see on that roof.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Need More Information? Contact Us Below
How long does a roof replacement take?

Most homes are dried in on day one and finished within three. Weather is the only real variable, and we will not open a roof we cannot close again the same day.

Will my insurance cover this?

If the damage is storm or hail related, usually yes. We document the roof the way an adjuster needs to see it, file alongside you, and meet the adjuster on the roof so nothing gets quietly trimmed from the scope.

What if you find rot under the old roof?

Every estimate states a decking allowance up front, so rotten sheathing is priced before we start rather than discovered afterwards. We photograph every board we replace and only charge for what is actually swapped.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. Twelve months interest-free for deductibles and smaller repairs, or terms up to twelve years for full replacements. Approved storm claims usually mean you pay the deductible only and we invoice your insurer directly.

What does the warranty actually cover?

Two warranties, both registered before we leave. The manufacturer covers the materials, and our own workmanship warranty covers the installation itself — including flashing, penetrations and the ventilation work.

Do you work on commercial buildings?

About a third of our work is commercial or multi-family, most of it over occupied buildings. Flat and low-slope membrane, standing-seam metal, phased scheduling and night work where tenants cannot be disturbed.
