Metal Roofing
Standing seam or exposed fastener, rolled and cut on site. Concealed clips that let the panel move, and a roof measured in decades rather than years.

A roof you install once
Asphalt is priced for the decade. Metal is priced for the mortgage. The upfront number is higher and there is no honest way around that — but a standing seam roof installed correctly outlasts two and often three shingle roofs, and it does not shed granules into your gutters every time it rains.
The panels are rolled to the exact length of your slopes on site, which means no horizontal seams across the field and nothing lapped where water can sit. They are held down by concealed clips rather than screws driven through the face, so the fastener never sees weather and the metal is free to expand and contract through the seasons instead of tearing at its own holes.

What you actually receive
- Panels rolled to length on site — no horizontal seams across the field
- Concealed clip fastening, so nothing penetrates the weather surface
- Custom-bent flashing and trim, formed on site rather than ordered in stock lengths
- Both the panel finish warranty and our workmanship warranty registered before we leave

Where the price actually moves
Panel profile is the first decision: exposed fastener costs meaningfully less and is honest value on a barn or a garage, while standing seam is what belongs on the front of a house. After that it is gauge, finish, and above all trim — hips, valleys, dormers and chimneys all have to be bent to fit, and a complicated roofline is mostly trim work with a little field in between. Decking condition remains the one unknown until the old roof comes off.

Metal is unforgiving of a rushed installer and almost immortal in the hands of a careful one. The material is rarely what fails.

Frequently Asked Questions
Most homes are dried in on day one and finished within three. Weather is the only real variable, and we will not open a roof we cannot close again the same day.
If the damage is storm or hail related, usually yes. We document the roof the way an adjuster needs to see it, file alongside you, and meet the adjuster on the roof so nothing gets quietly trimmed from the scope.
Every estimate states a decking allowance up front, so rotten sheathing is priced before we start rather than discovered afterwards. We photograph every board we replace and only charge for what is actually swapped.
Yes. Twelve months interest-free for deductibles and smaller repairs, or terms up to twelve years for full replacements. Approved storm claims usually mean you pay the deductible only and we invoice your insurer directly.
Two warranties, both registered before we leave. The manufacturer covers the materials, and our own workmanship warranty covers the installation itself — including flashing, penetrations and the ventilation work.
About a third of our work is commercial or multi-family, most of it over occupied buildings. Flat and low-slope membrane, standing-seam metal, phased scheduling and night work where tenants cannot be disturbed.
