Storm damage? We handle the roof and the claim

In-house crews, photographed inspections, and an estimate that does not  change after you sign it. Putting roofs on homes across the region since 1998.

(About Us)

Most roofing companies quietly avoid those jobs. Since 1998 we have built the company around them, because that is where a contractor either earns its reputation or loses it.

Start with the damage, not the sales pitch

Skylights & Roof Windows

A skylight only leaks when it was flashed badly. Proper curb, manufacturer flashing kit, ice barrier around the opening — opened and closed the same day.

Gutters & Drainage

Gutters are the cheapest part of a roof and the reason a surprising number of foundations fail. Seamless runs, correct fall, water put where it belongs.

Flat & Low-Slope Roofing

Flat roofs do not fail in the middle. They fail at the edges, the drains and the seams — which is exactly where a single-ply membrane earns its money.

Where most claims get quietly trimmed

An adjuster’s first estimate is an opening position, not a verdict. Here is how we change it.

01/
We inspect and document

We climb, photograph twenty-one points and hand you a written condition report — even when the answer is that your roof is fine.

02/
We file with you

A line-by-line quote with the decking contingency stated up front, not discovered later. It does not move after you sign.

03/
We meet the adjuster

Our claims specialist walks the roof with the adjuster and maps impact density per square, so the scope is agreed on the roof rather than argued over afterwards.

(The difference)

Same roof, four days apart

The finished photograph is the boring half. The interesting part is always what was underneath.

Construction worker in orange jacket and yellow helmet fixing roof tiles with a drill under blue sky.
Hail impact, all four slopes

Denied as cosmetic, then approved at full replacement once the impact density was mapped per square.

Two construction workers wearing helmets and safety vests installing roof tiles under clear sky.
Deck opened, rot mapped

Fifteen years of slow leak under intact-looking shingles. Every soft board photographed, marked and replaced before the new system went down.

Two construction workers in safety gear working with wood on a roof frame under a blue sky.
Closed out in four days

New deck, ice barrier at the eaves, corrected ventilation, and a warranty registered before we left.

“Rooftick documented the hail damage the adjuster had missed and the claim was approved at full replacement. I paid my deductible and nothing else.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Need More Information? Contact Us Below
How long does a roof replacement take?

Most homes are dried in on day one and finished within three. Weather is the only real variable, and we will not open a roof we cannot close again the same day.

Will my insurance cover this?

If the damage is storm or hail related, usually yes. We document the roof the way an adjuster needs to see it, file alongside you, and meet the adjuster on the roof so nothing gets quietly trimmed from the scope.

What if you find rot under the old roof?

Every estimate states a decking allowance up front, so rotten sheathing is priced before we start rather than discovered afterwards. We photograph every board we replace and only charge for what is actually swapped.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. Twelve months interest-free for deductibles and smaller repairs, or terms up to twelve years for full replacements. Approved storm claims usually mean you pay the deductible only and we invoice your insurer directly.

What does the warranty actually cover?

Two warranties, both registered before we leave. The manufacturer covers the materials, and our own workmanship warranty covers the installation itself — including flashing, penetrations and the ventilation work.

Do you work on commercial buildings?

About a third of our work is commercial or multi-family, most of it over occupied buildings. Flat and low-slope membrane, standing-seam metal, phased scheduling and night work where tenants cannot be disturbed.
